Outstanding Achievement Award of Excellence
Individuals qualify for an Outstanding Achievement Award of Excellence certificate by earning a minimum of $25,000 in GCC or 10 award units within a quarter.
Mid-Year Outstanding Achievement Award of Excellence
Individuals qualify for a Mid-Year Outstanding Achievement Award of Excellence certificate by earning a minimum of $40,000 in GCC or 17 award units in the six-month period ending June.
End-Year Outstanding Achievement Award of Excellence
Individuals qualify for an End-Year Outstanding Achievement Award of Excellence certificate by earning a minimum of $40,000 in GCC or 17 award units in the six-month period ending December.
Long Term Service Award
The Long Term Service Award is designed to recognize an outstanding level of dedication, commitment and loyalty for System members* completing 25 years of continuous service with the CENTURY 21 System. The 25 year anniversary is based on the individual’s start date with the CENTURY 21 System as at December 31 every year. Individuals will receive a personalized plaque and recognition at the CENTURY 21 Canada annual awards event. Their photograph will also be included in the elite CENTURY 21 Gallery of Stars, a digital presentation shown during every CENTURY 21 Canadian Conference and the CENTURY 21 Canada annual awards events.
*A System member has the Title of a ‘Salesperson’, ‘Owner’ or ‘Manager’ in our database to qualify for this award category.

CENTURY 21® Canada Masters Program*
The Masters Program is designed exclusively for licensed individuals who consistently achieve outstanding levels of production. Individuals designated as a team are not eligible to participate in the CENTURY 21 Canada Masters Program. Award winners will receive a certificate of achievement and recognition at the CENTURY 21 Canada annual awards event. Lapel pins, appropriately accented, are awarded for first-time qualifiers at all levels execpt Masters Silver.
Masters Silver
Individuals qualify for Masters Silver status by earning between $77,000 and $109,999 in GCC or between 24 and 29 award units within a calendar year.
Masters Ruby
Individuals qualify for Masters Ruby status by earning between $110,000 and $142,999 in GCC or between 30 and 39 award units within a calendar year. First-time qualifiers will also receive a 24-carat gold-plated lapel pin with a ruby accent.
Masters Emerald
Individuals qualify for Masters Emerald status by earning between $143,000 and $175,999 in GCC or between 40 and 49 award units within a calendar year. First-time qualifiers will also receive a 24-carat gold-plated lapel pin with an emerald accent.
Masters Diamond
Individuals qualify for Masters Diamond status by earning between $176,000 and $208,999 in GCC or between 50 and 59 award units within a calendar year. First-time qualifiers will also receive a 24-carat gold-plated lapel pin with a diamond accent.
Masters Hall of Fame
Individuals who qualified for CENTURION® Producer at least once prior to January 1, 2004 must qualify for CENTURION Producer five out of the last seven years to be inducted into the CENTURY 21 Canada Masters Hall of Fame. Individuals who qualified for CENTURION Producer for the first time in 2004 or subsequent years must qualify for CENTURION Producer for seven out of ten consecutive years to be inducted into the CENTURY 21 Canada Masters Hall of Fame.
Inductees will receive a personalized crystal trophy and a 24-carat gold-plated Hall of Fame lapel pin with a diamond accent. They will also have their photograph included in the elite CENTURY 21 Gallery of Stars, a digital presentation shown during the CENTURY 21 Canadian Conference and the CENTURY 21 Canada annual awards events.
* Please note that all licensed individuals qualify to participate in the CENTURY 21 Canada Masters Program, however only those individuals with a 10% or less ownership share in their office are eligible to attend any Masters program retreat hosted by and offered through Century 21 Real Estate LLC.
